The Pioneer chapter of FFA has a lengthy track record of excellence in preparing students for bright futures. FFA is an extracurricular activity typically associated with high school. However, future members can get a start on the FFA path in the middle school.'

Pioneer has had a Junior FFA chapter for several years as an offshoot of the high school program. Recently, Pioneer High School Agriculture teachers and FFA advisors Mrs. Racheal Clayson, Mr. Jonathan Clayson, and Mr. Justin Baker, along with some current high school FFA members, visited the middle school during lunchtime to promote the FFA program and the Junior FFA club.

Junior FFA is open to all middle school students. If a student would like to join and did not get a calendar and permission slip already, they can ask their teacher or pick one up at the greeter's desk.
