From Kimberly Morrow, LCSW:
Welcome! We are thrilled to have you join us in this pivotal journey towards creating a supportive environment for students dealing with anxiety. As parents, family and community members, you play an essential role in shaping the lives of young individuals, and your proactive engagement in this program underscores a deep commitment to their well-being.
Why This Training Matters
The rise of anxiety among children and teens is a critical issue affecting 1 in 3 youth nationwide. Yet, nearly 80 percent of these children suffer without the help they need. Anxiety poses significant challenges, from academic struggles to social hurdles, impacting self-esteem and increasing the risk of substance abuse.
This program is designed to empower your students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work through their anxiety to help them thrive both academically and socially. We create a way to live well with anxiety, fostering resilience..
Thank you for your dedication to improving the mental health and overall success of your students. Together, we can make a lasting impact.
