Spirit Week and Homecoming activities are planned at Pioneer for Oct. 7-12.
A week of events meant to fire up Panther Nation culminates with the Pioneer vs West Seneca West varsity football game on Friday, Oct. 11, at Memorial Stadium.
That evening’s events include an induction ceremony for the 2024 class of inductees into the Pioneer Athletics Wall of Fame.
Pioneer High School students are planning the Spirit Week daily themes as well as the traditional Pep Rally and Homecoming Dance.
Fans should plan an early arrival for the football game. The Friends of Pioneer Athletes (FOPA) are planning a hot dog sale. Meanwhile the Pioneer Volleyball team sponsors a chicken barbecue dinner. Hitching Post Ice cream and other vendors will also be on hand.
The Bonfire Band will be performing outside the venue starting at 4PM. At halftime, the Pioneer Marching Panthers will offer their annual program, “Concert Blue.”
