Qualified voters of the Pioneer School District will decide Tuesday, May 21, on a $67,773,295 general fund budget proposal for 2024-25, with a spending increase of 3.14 percent and a 2,89 tax levy increase.

Voters will also choose four from among eight candidates to the Board of Education. The top two vote-getters will serve five-year terms, the third-place candidate will serve two years, and the fourth-place candidate will serve one year. Board candidate profiles

Polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Pioneer High School on County Line Road in Yorkshire. Voter qualifications
