Pioneer's Board of Education and FFA Chapter came together recently at the New York State School Boards Association's annual convention, held this year in Buffalo.

Each year, NYSSBA brings together experts who have earned local, statewide and national recognition for their successful work in the areas of school safety, student mental health, culturally responsive schools, social emotional learning, community engagement, student achievement, transparent fiscal oversight, good governance best practices and much more.
Part of the convention involves an exhibition area for sponsors and organizations, at which FFA had a booth with livestock and a vintage tractor. Pioneer students staffed the booth, which operated throughout the weekend starting Thursday, Oct. 26.
